Kini, Pemkab Bogor melalui Dinas PUPR telah menganggarkan 1,5 miliar rupiah guna pembangunan tebing penahan tanah, dengan jangka waktu tiga bulan pengerjaan. Menurut Kepala Desa Cilebut Timur, Muhtar Kelana, merasa bersyukur penantian selama dua tahun akses jalan longsor di wilayahnya bisa dibangun tahun ini. Dirinya berterima kasih kepada Bupati Bogor, Rudy Susmanto, yang telah membangun TPT di jalan penghubung dua wilayah tersebut. Sementara itu, Koordinator Pelaksana Pembangunan TPT, Saeful Bahri, mengatakan pembangunan TPT dengan lebar 28 meter serta tinggi 7,5 meter ini ditargetkan rampung akhir tahun sekarang. Sulitnya material pendukung pembangunan TPT akibat kebijakan izin tambang di Rumpin dan di Cigudeg menjadi kendala pembangunan TPT saat ini. Diharapkan dengan dibangunnya TPT, akses jalan Cilebut menuju Bojong Gede bisa meminimalisir kemacetan jalan tersebut, sehingga kemungkinan bahaya kecelakaan pengendara yang melintas di jalur tersebut bisa berkurang.
